Sure.
The OR staff are in communication with them right now (or we last spoke to them 3 days ago?) and if you go right on up a post you will see that I am reaching out to them again in 3 weeks or at least one of the team will be. Just because I jokingly responded to Delerak shouldn't kill the Armageddon staff's interest in being involved in the project. If it does, well they can tell me themselves when we reach out to them again.
The HavenRPG staff have contributed an article and Daed has registered on the forums. I didn't say nice things about their game when I gave my opinion in the Other Games forum. Daed told me he read that thread when we had a brief exchange the other day.
Optional Realities is more than just Jeshin. That's the point of a community. So to repeat, sure I expect them to seriously consider contributing on more than just this thread or any other thread I've ever written about them. Wouldn't you if you were a game owner?
EDIT - Do note that it was actually Delerak that said they wouldn't participate, not me. It's early and I am drinking coffee. Also it's not a Jeshin post without an edit, right?
EDIT - Also you may now liken my to Nyr and his joking response to Kronibas which we spent 5+ forum pages discussing. I am confirming that was a joke, get Malken and his joking PHD up here to confirm.

Alas Delerak, it is now literally my job to try and reach out until they tell me to fuck off.
EDIT - I hope that the contributions of every other game that is listed on Optional Realities will be a strong motivator for them to at least get in one article. EDIT2 - I volunteered for this!

One sec... I don't inform on anyone nor do I communicate with staff. Which is sad because I had hoped the Armageddon staff would contribute an article to Optional Realities weekly rotation. They haven't yet, but I'll check back in 3 weeks and see where they stand. I will also take this moment of being randomly accused of silliness to say I'm to busy on that site up there to be informing on the fine people of this forum... Most of your a fine... Well most of you are alright... You're okay on a good day? I want to play mafia with you guys, isn't that enough for everyone? EDIT - I won't personally check back with them because me asking them to write an article likely won't work. I'll have one of my not hated (hopefully) dev-team dudes to ask them. EDIT2 - Also official apology for abusing the shadowboards with OR stuff. I do promise to reduce it down to the twice a week article announcements in the shameless plug thread. I just like that graphic and I felt like random accusations against my clearly impeccable character warranted a silly and shameless response.

We have another article up this time by Slither from the Sindome staff! Ever wondered what a good design loop would be for a game? Thought the mysterious of how stuff got implemented were impossible to comprehend? Well be baffled no longer! One option revealed. optionalrealities.com/developing-and-iterating-new-features/

gdb.armageddon.org/index.php/topic,49346.msg883520.html#new I'm actually kind of surprised that the answer wasn't yet. Given the re-focusing of staff. The major changes (and minor) in other areas. You'd think that giving some quality of life updates to combat would be on the table... Unless you think Arm's combat is totally fine the way it is?

Drovian weapons are pretty sick. They bypass non-ethereal armor. If you play a Drovian/subguild with poison. You could fuck some people up.
EDIT - Assuming you can poison them.

As per the reference to my forum. The EoE staff has accounts and a subforum and are contributors to the weekly article section. We hope that Armageddon will commit to an article when they are less busy with restructuring their staff side operation and we further hope that they engage on our forum but they haven't as of yet.
So I'll at least give kudos to EoE staff for engaging with a new community site as well as coming to this forum which is the wild west of MUD feedback.
EDIT - I am a professional.

Morin's pre-dated the Tuluki closure plot. It was a logging village owned by Kadius and its room count was only expanded. It was actually a cool part of the game world that didn't get like any usage because you kind of weren't supposed to be chilling out in there. I remember once a volunteer patrol led by Faithful Dalen got booted out to stand outside the village because a kryl swarm was coming and it was 'our fault'.
But insofar as I saw during my stint playing. It looks like the follow through on the closure of Tuluk wasn't exactly as good as the animations and lead up to it. Perhaps someone with more playtime over the last week and more familiarity with tuluki's could comment further.
EDIT - Also supposedly there will be no staff resources spent on plots in Morin's so technically that is a huge change as they removed all the clan load work and splitting of GMHs between allanak and tuluk. From a staffing standpoint that is a significant outcome of closing tuluk.

O.O how is it shitstirring? I'm honestly curious because no one has really commented on the fact the two of them popped up and started responding to this thread. There was a lot of posts here. I personally think they did a good job, it's more than a lot of other admins have done here.

I want to say, does anyone think that Jazet/Alaire have done a poor job of addressing some of the concerns? I am honestly curious what the board thinks about the 2 -owners- of the game coming here and speaking with a fair amount of respect to the posters.

Since Hawk is like the most common Mul name and tribal and everything else. Lets clarify that we're talking about Captain Hawk the silt skimmer master!

My suggestion would be to write a primer or a guide about how interaction with staff is not the same as on other games like Armageddon or SOI. That it's more collaborative and you expect players to wish up when they need things ICly. That's probably the strangest thing I'd have adjusting too and having some kind of codified guidelines would certainly help.
One thing is that kind of system is something where a player who has more experience using that system of interaction has an advantage over newer players. They know what they can ask for, when they can ask for it, and know how to interact with NPCs/PCs in such a way to promote their agenda. Newer players don't even know they can ask for knives at shops without knives. Thus creating the perception that certain characters are staff favoured?
