I don't get why people are making suppositions or asking questions here when the post was clearly made on Optional Realities. I mean it is highly probable that any ARM player who posts on OR also reads or posts here but still. If you care enough to ask, you should ask.

I actually heard it from 2 of the people involved but not the actual player who quit the game because of the staff interaction. The story itself is purely anecdotal because it lacks any proof aside from the statements of those involved to me and now the statement of someone (who may have no been involved) to the OR community which was copy and pasted here.

So something similar to this event actually happened. The specifics are currently not known to me nor displayed in any public forum I'm aware of.

I am actually familiar with this particular tale. Basically whoever the chick was who ran the Black Moon company with Nash back a few years ago. She supposedly was trying to do this and got shot down hard by staff. She quit the game forever and ICly she had set up something to have Nash offed if she vanished (cause she trusted him but didn't trust him). This is how Nash got whiran dropped to death.

But the actual staff interaction or any logs I have never seen. It's purely anecdotal.

This is true. Also technically SOI was closed for a long time which is when Armageddon saw a big number spike.

Right... Existing first doesn't mean it was an RPI prior to Harshlands or SOI doing it. The RPI title was started by Harshlands and continued by SOI which split off with a copy of the codebase which it modified. Armageddon was "late" to the RPI party.
