I'm actually in the process of spoofing it within the webapp atm and assuming I couldn't do that I could 100% spoof it with MS Paint to defend my E-honour and all.

The support thing posted from the discord site is basically assuming no one has ulterior motives. So while it would be perfectly fine to validate stuff the moment someone is accusing someone else of faking it, it loops back to how can all of it be spoofed. I have no love for Shalnooshboosh nor a particular affection for Armageddon but if I do comment on something like this I tend to followup with relevant information if only for the sake of consistency. It'd be pretty shitty of me to say post screenshots of this accusation and not reference the theory it's a bad actor trying to hamstring the game or provide the staff response. Just like it's worth mentioning hey discord is a very malleable app.

Minor note it is almost impossible to 'proof' something with screenshots on discord. Why? Discord is chromium and you can open the devtool and literally edit the information on the screen. Someone over on MSB was kind enough to demonstrate in a screenshot here.   |

That's not what I meant. Did the staff do pixel tracking or did someone take the time to do it over months then report it to make them look bad.

Where do you stand on pixel trackers?
EDIT - Longterm fabrication done by someone to make staff look bad or actual thing that happened by staff or someone who liked the game very much.

I thought the same thing about the ID but I learned while reporting a banned player on another game...

Did anyone forget about this post where he basically goes players have advantages yada yada, I'll go make an NPC that does XYZ. Seems like staff or at least one staffer was discussing the changes that have come down the pipe for non-PK reasons.  |

To those outside third parties coming to this. This is just a moment in which Qwerty has finally occupied three positions at once. Thus allowing people who have been wanting to demonstrate his snake oil salesman posting to others an opportunity to do so. Think of this as a public flogging in which one side is going ACKNOWLEDGE, ACKNOWLEDGE YOUR SHILL-DOM OR PROVE IT WITH MOAR BAD POSTING and the other side is going NAY! Really this would all be done if any of us had the time or inclination to actually go back and cite Qwerty posts in full. I didn't say anything about the reviews. I was asking about your personal goals and what mattered to you in the middle ground.
You said you want proof of abuse/cheating, but the majority I would assume do not trust the staff complaint tool to resolve in a reasonable/fair manner. If it's a complaint against another player I imagine the staff just need to be flagged to an irregularity and they can look at the runlog and determine it themselves. I just wonder what motivates someone has to provide evidence of staff complaint issues if they weren't on their way out. Plenty of people play games they're not stoked on to play with friends or no alternatives. There are people on this forum who claim to still play but clearly have complaints that they do not articulate because they want to be able to play. It would seem like what you want most is the hardest kind of reporting to get because of the risk of fallout.

Is it at all problematic that in order to provide the evidence of the issues you care about that a player pretty much has to resign themselves to being banned? Unless they send it solely to the staff complaint tool which I don't think anyone, even you would agree is a productive use of a complaining players time even with logs.

Qwerty why couldn't you test it before trying to imply the review was misleading or fake by claiming an aspect of it was no longer in-game?
Even when Delerak is like it happened a few months ago...
Aren't you staff and/or an active player? You can't just test this right now?
Don't you directly message people on this forum asking for 'more details' about their experiences so you can 'look into issues' for them?

My point is more Qwerty immediately tries to discount the review as unauthentic. He questions whether it's accurate or written by someone who has played recently. He can't simply go, oh yeah that's a review, okay.
