I will PM you out of curiosity, but even though I found your post hilarious, it hasn't negated anything I thought I knew or said. If I was going only on half-remembered tidbits for the weaknesses of various elementalists, and I somehow encountered one recently, then I still would've known correctly how to dealt with it. And it still doesn't change the fact that I am much more cautious around every other gicker class in the game. I.E, charge them, or shoot them with a bow. Obviously, getting taken completely unawares and having your shit pushed in by any gicker is no fun. But elkrosi are very glass cannony.

X-D's Elkrosian died by the way, no? Though he was pretty much on the way of levelling Tuluk with that freaky guy of his.

I haven't played for 4 years. He must have earned his karma back since then.

Lulz actually sent me a very interesting PM, and I retract some of the shit I dumped on elkrosis as a result. That said, I think he was an exceptionally skilled one, and would probably have wrecked with any gicker.

I will admit that an elkrosi played by an aggressive enough personality with a lag-free enough connection can do serious damage if they remain on the offensive. I would not want to be caught slipping on one.

Let's be real here. Between mages, pretty much regardless of element, it's just who gets the first spell off.
Some can do more damage more instantly than others, but that's pretty well the bottom line in most cases.
Some can survive or escape a little better, but the difference between mages is just their utility and RP capabilities if you ask me.
I haven't played in awhile, but always wished people would stop being lame with colors though. Every fucking Krathi has red hair or red eyes, same thing with Vivs and their blue eyes, Elkros and spiky hair, yada yada, Drovians with black everything. Subtlety, people.

You look at the shadowy, dark man.
This man is tall and thin, like a shadow at high noon. His hair is glossy and black, like a shadow, and his eyes are dark as the night. Dark shadows hang under his eyes. His skin is incredibly pale. The shadowy, dark man is in excellent condition. <GEAR AND SHIT>
Glancing to the blue-eyed, soft-skinned youth, the shadowy, dark man tells the voluptuous, red-headed woman, in southern-accented sirihish: "I am not a magicker, I swear."

I think you forgot to mention shadows in the last line there. Otherwise, totally realistic.
