One of you, who wrote an awesome rouge guide, no names, is indifferent about Nyr.
Please don't vote yes or no based on your personal opinion but instead based on if his absence would benefit the game or not.

Would arm be better off without Nessalin Nyr? I guess that depends on who's taking their place. While it's easy to work in the negative ("Nyr is bad, get rid of Nyr!"), the game could really use senior staff members with consistently showcased positive attributes. So... would the game be better off without Nyr? Depends on what our definition of better is.

I'm hoping that the votes get to like 25 to 0 just because.. Well.. Because I have no idea what that would prove or achieve.

I voted yes but only because I'm wondering how far the yellow bar can get toward the right side of my screen and also because there was no "This is weird - Why am I even in this thread?" option.

I don't think it would make the difference many people here probably think it would make. The vilification of Nyr, whether you believe is exaggerated or not, is outshined by the good efforts of other staff members. His role in the game has reduced over the years which also makes him less relevant. Tuluk was his creation and it's gone now. He even posts on the GDB less. Producers just oversee what the lower level staff are doing.
So I voted No because at this point, Nyr is kind of 90% gone as it is. The game isn't going to be affected by Nyr's presence or absence more than it will be affected by what the other staff do.

We tend to take the view that Nyr has eclipsed the good efforts of other staff, due to the staggering volume of his villainy (to keep in them with your post). His role in the game has reduced over the years which also makes him less relevant. He's grown in power and no longer has to do things directly or personally, at least in the public eye. Seeing less doesn't mean there is less. Tuluk was his creation and it's gone now. Tuluk was the creation of many people, which he made unplayable. Then he closed it. I have to wonder if he did it because Rath was turning things around. Producers just oversee what the lower level staff are doing. "Oversee" is a strange word for dictate. But it seems to me, Bitterflashback (and believe me, I'm not trying to pick a fight with you, I put you in the interesting people's worthwhile opinion camp) that no matter what Nyr is trying to do -today- and in the future, that it will never be enough at this point. So if I were him, why even bother, if I read stuff like this? Might as well stick to my old ways, or at the very least, not even bother trying to better myself, because nobody seems to notice it or even care about it. Aside from a, er, "parley", what would you think he should be doing to show the current players and the GDB (because I still don't think that he has any need or business showing up here), that he's really trying to improve his player-to-staff relationship?
I mean, aside from this guy who blatantly tried to BS the staff with his IP from Russia or whatever, we haven't really heard any bad stuff since the kronibas event, have we?
