I did not initially believe or even believe until after the first of this year think that members of the shadowboard were targeted, but knowing what I know, well... If you knew what I do, you would believe it a lot more likely. I can't really elaborate without outing folks, but if I could, then why I view that situation in that light that I do would make a lot more sense, I promise.

I liked Jeshin's thoroughly unanswered question enough I think I'll give it a poll thread. I don't think the majority of the people in this thread are blaming the Byn RPT on board membership. Regarding the burden of proof, we had a thread a while back where @anaiah and I actually did data analysis on the published player numbers. We came to different conclusions, but neither conclusion was positive for Arm. A few GDB shills showed up and endlessly complained our proof wasn't proof enough, then made a bunch of unproven contrary interpretations of how Arm is doing. Then every time they got called out for not posting proof they complained about our proof or pretended we hadn't produced any. As a direct result, you're probably going to get resistance from anyone you demand proof from while you're defending the staff or playing Devil's advocate for them. You can thank the intellectual dishonesty of a few vocal, shit-brained contrarians for that. I have absolutely nothing against people posting their complaints against Staff, actually, it was the main reasons why I've made an account here to begin with. What I have something against, though, are people (mostly kronibas, to be honest, the rest of you are often legit) that are posting conspiracy theories without any logs or proofs or whatever to back their accusations ("a shadow poster told me so" isn't proof). It's not in my nature to let that kind of bullshit slide so I'm asking for at least a tidbit of proof, a minimal is nice. If you've noticed, when people make a good point or prove me wrong, I'm more than happy to admit it. I try to be the guy that doesn't take side here, if Staff is doing something wrong, I'll gladly speak against it, but lately it only has been kronibas' conspiracies and nothing else and this is why it looks like I'm so pro-Staff. Yeah, I've noticed. I'm just letting you know when and why you may experience resistance to proof being provided. It should dissipate as you continue carrying on conversations like a sane person, since you'll become disassociated from the zealots. |

If the mekillot is fighting 10 guys and gets attacked and tries to attack someone they will get the message 'You're already in combat.' or some such. k but the only prob with this is that the mek never attacked someone else before its main target fled or died. it was always after they fled/died and before the next attack round came thru. basicly u may not be considered codedly fighting between fled/dead and the next hit from ur attackers so the aggro code could still kick in |

When you guys run combat heavy RPTs, or decide to react to a bunch of people doing things or being in places they shouldn't be in, and you start having to hit them after they've decided to ignore all of your warning signs, how do you decide who gets targeted in the bunch? Do you try to spread the love of arrows in your face as evenly as possible when you animate NPCs that can shoot? Do you go for those you think might survive the best? Do you just go pure random? Is there like a "shoot randompc east" Staff command that randomly shoots targets in that direction? Thanks! |

Talia is the best and probably one of the main reasons why Armageddon is getting good again (I think she has a very positive influence on the rest of Staff and I won't be surprised at all when she becomes the newest Highlord).
