There's subguilds that give parry? I never liked the advanced subguilds because they ruin what was once a beautiful balance: your 0-karma, no-frills mundane character had the potential to be as good as anyone. Any races and guilds beyond the basics were saddled with certain disadvantages that made them more of an acquired taste, like how half-giants or mages can be absurdly deadly but aren't going to be able to play very many different roles. Random stats aside, your standard human warrior started equal to LoD's (or whomever) and could theoretically reach the exact same potential.
Now, those with access to CGP get to play objectively superior characters that aren't counterbalanced by the need to take a race or role that's harder to play than others. There's even talk of moving the advanced subguilds to karma so that there are no restrictions on how often you can apply them to your characters, but a karma requirment. My time as a devoted player ended before CGP came about, and it's one of the things that has always made me unenthusiastic about trying again. I hate that some players get to simply have advantages over others that can't be obtained by any other means and don't come with the obligation to play a more demanding role.
It's really unhealthy to make karma a thing that just boosts the power of your characters across the board. Karma is supposed to signify your ability to handle difficult roles. Karma-based power boosts completely fly in the face of the age-old notion that players shouldn't care so much about karma and shouldn't worry about whether or not they get their share. You might as well give people stat boosts based on their karma the way this is headed.
Parry takes a crazy amount of time and work to branch, and is the milestone for gauging a ranger's or assassin's progress. Getting to have it from the start is such a gigantic advantage that I can't think of much that would be more significant. I'd take starting novice parry over starting maxed backstab on an assassin. That's how much it means.

You know full well that advanced subguilds aren't just universally and equally available. Especially if/when they shift that system onto karma instead.

I can't submit requests or I will be. Any requests. This includes all special apps and even reports. Just like I was told I will never be able to make a mastercraft. You are incorrect. I am proof of that.

I am proof of that. I think you should submit an appeal for this at this point.
As I understand it the entire premise behind them not wanting to answer any of your requests in any fashion was, "We are personally mad at you so we don't want to waste time on your requests.".
As I understand it that personal level of "mad" came from someone who isn't even staffing anymore? (Nyr?)
Perhaps if you submitted a request that said, "Hey guys, I would like to come back to the game and try to put forth a clean slate going forward. I understand I made mistakes in the past but I would like an opportunity to fix them in the future. I understand you didn't want to interact with me in any fashion in the past so I couldn't submit any requests for anything. Even basic things. At this point I would like to request that I be allowed to submit standard requests that typical players would be able to submit for their characters so I can get my foot back in the door and get back to playing as a normal player if possible. Thank you.".
I feel they understand that not banning you but telling you they will ignore your requests is childish. Either ban you because you don't belong in the community or don't. Telling you that you can play but you will never be allowed to play anything that would require any requests because they want to play the "I'm ignoring you game.", isn't a practical policy. I feel they will understand that at this point and give you another chance to try and come ahead with a clean slate.
I would like to think the days of personal vendettas and games of personal spite are in the past.
(I actually recently suggested an Official Policy of banning people from the request tool and was told no such policy existed. Why they decided it will exist with you but can't exist with anyone else is curious and seems even more like a desire to extend personal spite instead of practical and functional policies for staffing. Either that is an official policy that can be enacted against a player, or it isn't. I think it should be an official policy, but until it is...doing it against you personally and nobody else looks like nothing more than that...a personal attack aimed specifically at you for personal reasons. It's not cool.)

This happened less than 2 months ago, d-man, and I was told if I submit a request in 6 months I will be banned. So if I submit the request, that in itself is grounds to be banned. At this point, I'm just over it. I love the game, but telling me my apology was insincere and any pc I made of 1 of the only 2 mundane guilds I play (merchant and ranger) will never be able to do a key defining point of the guild (mastercrafts) because of something that had nothing to do with IC, and would screw over and hamstring leader pcs who ever hired me, etc... I just... maybe one day I'll be in the frame of mind to go back, but that day is distant at best.
edit: maybe 3 months ago now? It was around the end of august I think.

PS: I pretty much said all those things and was told I was being insincere. That was what offended me to the point I left again.

As I said, I might, but right now, the note I left off on was literally this:
"You aren't even apologizing here in what would appear to be remotely close to a genuine fashion (it barely scratches the surface of what you've done, anyway). You are apologizing in hopes that staff--the staff you've happily thrown under the bus, repeatedly, with no regard for facts or context or your previous staff contract--will pay attention to you and give you something in return for your apology.
No. Apology rejected. Counter-offer: don't bug us in the request tool at all for 6 months (if you continue to, we're just going to ban you, so this should be easy to follow). After that point, come up with a better one if you do feel sorry for what you have done, but don't show up with your hand out expecting anything."
-- That was the response when, after 6 months of playing responsibly and causing no trouble, breaking no documentation, etc, I had the -audacity- to put in a special application for a magicker as 9/10s of my arm pcs ever have been, and went the extra mile to eat crow and literally say without mincing words that I was an asshole and abused their trust.
Yeah I'm salty. Turns out salt sticks when you grind it into a wound?
Maybe in 6 months I will no longer taste the bile. Oh, the fun thing here is: I'd already had in more than one mastercraft requests by that point, and got that, and the mastercraft moratorium after I tried to be responsible and put in an IP sharing report with the "Yeah, we know you you are" (yes, there was a malaprop in the response), and then the ban on the mastercrafts.
Turns out it was in September, so about 2 months ago after all.

Wait your three months then and then submit your request as noted above.
It's three months waiting to show you can follow instructions and are willing to. That's nothing in a game where we play for 20+ years.
Wait your three months. That way they can't knee-jerk reaction you with, "See you can't even follow simple instructions so that proves you can't be trusted to do anything!!!".
It's an odd situation. Even if they agree with you that Nyr's personal vendetta against you and his special-rules for you specifically weren't fair, they can't and won't tell you that. The reason for that is as a team you have to stick to the policies of your team or it makes your team appear weak.
It's like being in a marriage. Even if I know my wife is wrong, if she truly believes whatever it is she is saying, I will go right along with it until the end or until I can privately convince her otherwise. What I won't do is publicly go against her. It weakens the appearance of the union.
Staff can't publicly go against each other in the game for the same reason. It weakens the appearance of the union and their authority.
You will never get the apology you want and possibly even deserve.
The best you will ever get is waiting your three months and them quietly and behind the scenes dropping the restrictions on you after you show the proper amount of humility.
You will never get a total victory. They simply can't give it to you even if you deserve it.
That's just the math of a give and take relationship.
I think in three months you will get your "rights" back.
