Heh. I just dislike how the only residue of some of these long-running plots is a log of someone's mudsex session. Oh look. Fantastic ruins. Eerie sounds. Eldritch power seeping from ... oh ... you fucked an aide here. Thought I'd found something new. I'll admit. I would've given that reaction more credence if you at the very least went over to the arm's logs section and 'read' the log. I mean, I found the scene to be pretty lame as well. But at least I've got data to judge by. You're judging with zero data and proclivity for bias that is considered "cool" on these forums.

By the way. To the original post. In case you didn't, there is a log section on the website. Some of what you asked, in terms of weird places, or odd creatures, etc are mentioned there.

Not to derail the two-minutes of hate ... I've looked through some of those logs and they were way cool.
AND I've got a couple of logs of my own that showed glimpses of some deeply eldritch shit.
Two questions ...
1. Have staff stopped running those sorts of plots?
2. If so, why?

I mean. What kind of plots? The weirdo eldtritch shit? You had one not too long ago, no? Probably six months from now, I'm guessing. That plot somewhat finalized. But shit is going on. I mean you had some pretty cool shit happen to you, how many other people genuinely know about it though?
The lack of a dissemination of 'cool' shit is an issue. But what is the solution? Short of revealing IC info OOCly. Some aspects of what happened to you are still relevant right now to other characters.

Nobody else knows about it. I am not against bringing IC stories OOC to share before the year is up, but not when I know there are people involved who are still alive and it would either harm them or ruin their fun.
I've had two pretty deep storyline runs recently that involved my mundane characters interacting with deep magick stuff. It's quite a bit of fun to have that happen, being the weakest and most ignorant in the room, but also having the most possible to gain from it.
