Can't get a cease and desist from a free to play game without trademarks or copyrights. Well, you could, but let's remember Arm is a game that has violated trademarks and copyrights since its inception. They don't have a legal leg to stand on, but then a cease and desist letter isn't legally binding anyways. It's just an angry legal document full of threats. I suspect Arm's staff sent an angry letter to Barka's hosting company knowing they'd probably chicken out. Yep. That was pretty much my advice to Barka as well. |

Just a thought, could this 'Game' have been put up as a way to trap Shadow Board people into revealing their ip addresses so they can get banned from the game?
