It seems almost too big a coincidence if, after years of barely taking his eyes off the game for a moment, he suddenly went on hiatus without warning right as all that shit was happening in the community and he was being called out. I also feel disinclined to believe that he's the type of person who will see that he has wronged and step down of his own accord. Personally, I suspect the other admins turned against him and told him he had to change or leave.

Well out of pure uneducated speculation three possibilities arise in likeliness. A.) He left of his own will having realized he was hurting something he loved. b.) Forcibly pushed out but for appearances that made it sound like a hiatus c.)Something actually is going in RL for him and would not be able to continue his role as producer. d) He doesn't want to be behind the wheel when Arm goes off a cliff and is too arrogant to believe numbers will improve while he's gone. Like when Ness abruptly when on hiatus right before Tuluk closed. e) His wife threatened to divorce him if he doesn't stop beating off while yelling at his monitor whenever he's on he GDB. |

Yeah I just didn't check my email like a month and had to scroll back... I've been traveling and probably need to get hooked back into a few shitty jobs BEFORE I start playing again.
