The title is about a threat, from Armageddon's staff...and about awful things they have done to me and my wife. Why does it NEED to be objective? It's not sensationalized like it's fucking 9/11 ! Kidding? It's the "Never forget!" that rankles me. I think the rest of the title is fine, because, let's admit it, it's true. |

So when someone said, I want to post this to the GDB to get a staff response. I replied hey you have option 1 and option 2 of responses. We have seen one of them already via people downplaying the e-mail. It was the wrong account so Jazet's wife wasn't in any way threatened or punished for his actions. It was someone else whose account name we do not know and because they are not vocally complaining about it, it diminishes the issue.
The issue in responses is two-fold. Firstly as per their own stated rules that they have cited time and time again. Staff do not discuss request tool communication and the posting of it is prohibited on the GDB. So in order to be consistent they have to basically say, no comment and cite rules. That's fine, it's their rule, it's been their a long time, that's the response I'd expect. If they did respond beyond that then the next phase of the response is definitely going to be that was sent to the wrong person. You don't know all of the facts of the situation and in that instance both husband and wife were culpable for violation of the rules. Now whether that is true or not it asserts two pretty discussion killing things. You don't know the situation and thus cannot judge the response. The person who is 'complaining' about it is not the intended target and thus his situation is not an adequate indicator of why the e-mail was sent.

Also if you're wondering why I have a Jeshin OR scree name. I forgot my Jeshin GDB password so I just created a new account as Jeshin OR and asked staff about the suspected autospam account note code from Kronibas' thread, like I said I would.

Awful - Never Forget 4/13) wtf I dont check in for 1 damn day and I miss an entire malkencycle last M cycle was: constant insults to Kronibas for not having evidence of staff malfeasance to satosfy him, one must keep a skeptical mind you know then he left in a huff because he's too important to be here this M cycle: he returns to this unimportant forum! then presented with clear evidence of staff being assholes, he twists himself in knots to defendthe indefensible threats to a players wife then he leaves in a huff cause he's too important to be here dont blink or youll miss the next malkencycle We can reset the timer: zero days since the last one |

This part doesn't make sense because: It's pretty clear from that statement that the wife would be banned for the husbands actions. I don't think any amount of information sharing is worth banning someone related to the person sharing information. edit: All I have to add to the matter is that if staff are still doing things like this, they're fucking idiotic. |

Eh. I've never once criticized Nyr. I've had little to no interaction with the guy. So the #2 poster on this board doesn't do this and a lot of people are the same as me. If you look at some of the content there are people posting here from years and years ago (a thread by Moontug) who don't even play anymore.
