The only real time that I have gotten into it with Nessalin is when Nyr and I had that slap fight that led to me coming here. And I didn't really get into it with him, I was just like, whatever, thanks for helping with Armageddon for so long... Later.
And that is out of playing Armageddon since 1999.

Nessalin will be taking a break from the role of Producer. In his place, Nathvaan has agreed to step in as a Producer alongside Adhira and Nyr. In addition, Eurynomos has returned to the position of Storyteller, reporting to the Southern team under Talia. Please extend a welcome to both!

News flash: Nessalin steps down as Producer. World wonders what will be different. probably not much, he usually does this on and off over the years before returning to the mantle of being the ~~~bad boy of armageddon mud~~~.

For me it's more fun to think about new Allanak, not old Tuluk. Hope some of you give chance to new situation. A lot of you must be really fun/great RPI MUD players. Who knows, maybe you may affect new atmosphere. I am not talking about IMM Storytelling, I mean player culture of new Allanak.
I am not a very fun player; beibg a non-native speaker and so on. I can't play much. And from Turkey, it's hard to be online when real action is going on, but I'll give a try. Actually I find single city-state idea .. pretty exciting.

It's the best decision they've made in years, and the first actual sign of hope for the game in a long, long time. It's an enormously positive development, and I hope they don't back-track it. It also shows that they very well might read this board after all, because there's been numerous cogent arguments put forth for why closing Tuluk is a good idea. Granted, it should have been done 4-5 years ago. But better later than never. I'm not gonna snark on a positive development.

It would be a great idea if they had a history of turning their changes into improvements. With a history of leading Armageddon through unbroken decline and having everything they touch turn into shit, I have no enthusiasm for their biggest ever change. They have never given us any reason to believe that this will turn out well -- quite the contrary.
