My question would be directed more on an idea of what is the current status of the world as far as population base, as far as size-wise between the two cities Allanak and Tuluk primarily but as well as the rest of the world, as far as population for PC characters right now?
NYR: Yeah, that’s something I looked at fairly recently, even this week. There are some areas we can make some adjustments with clans, and we’re looking to implement that in the future. I hope that answers your question.But the question asked made no sense, and it was vague. it did make sense. the player was asking PC populations of Allank and Tuluk. he didn't define any number of specifics you posted but that's not really relevant or important considering how far away nyr was. even Lizzie conceded that "it makes sense" (his direct words). you are the only person on these boards who is confused by it. no one cares about this so idk why you keep posting a million variations of the question as if it was making some kind of point. no one here is complaining that nyr counted the players in allanak or tuluk with poor methodology or has even hinted at it so wtf is the issue. Right. Which population is he asking about? The number of players who are logged in right now, whose characters happen to be within the walls of one or the other city? It's hurting my brain that you can't get this. Allow me to rephrase: "Number-wise, what's the difference between Allanak and Tuluk in the amount of players each city has right now?" If you do not get this NOW you are either a) trolling or b) stupid. |

If Nyr were to answer the question: The difference is 5
What would the answer mean to you? What significance does it have? Who cares, and why?

Forgot to carry this over from the prev page. never did get a response... @ghaati at this point in time what are you even trying to accomplish because it sure looks a lot like you're doubling down extra hard now because the notion of nyr not answering a question is not at all palatable for you Nyr didn't answer the question asked. But the question asked made no sense, and it was vague. I'm saying both of these things. Not sure how anyone could have interpreted otherwise. But yes for the record I acknowledge that Nyr didn't answer the question that was asked. AND the question was vague and would not have resulted in an answer that made any sense, even if Nyr were to take a reasonable shot at it - which - he apparently didn't do. If the question was as vague as youve performed dozens of mental leaps to make it, Nyr could have asked for a clarification. it's what people do when they are honestly engaged in discussion. Incidentally, not being honestly engaged in the discussion is the complaint many ofus had with his evasive answer. |

All I was trying to do was point out that there are bigger fish to fry than this. Stroking yourself to every little thing Nyr does is only going to further prove the idea, in the staff's mind, that none of the complaints here are worth paying attention to. I hardly like anyone on here, but who cares? Some people jerk to furries, some people praise Allah and pop a Molly, some people take enjoyment in hurting others. Some people combine all three and shit on an old game that they used to love for fun. Who cares? It started out as a blatant attempt to derail the thread into a "what if Nyr had X" scenario so they could "prove" to the GDB we wouldn't have been happy with anything that was proffered. No one was interested in discussing that. then it devolved into idiotic, just-found-the-internet-yesterday level trolling/griefing. With the desired end-goal of getting banned (my bet) or having something to show off to the other dogmatic fanboys on the gdb (jkarr's bet). So rest assured you dont have to assure them we're not going to have any impact on Arm. the people playing it can't influence the staff to stop doing stupid bullshit, so why wold people who quit? |

Lizzie was specifically talking about the staff and I responsed in that same light. Anyhow, the forums have been great for spreading info and displaying past shit stains of staff. Past that? The fact that a huge chunk of staff and players come here to read what WE have to say is a victory in and of itself. If it didn't matter this place wouldn't get the amount of traffic it does. I've been contacted by a variety of old players noticing my posts here. It really made me realize how many people come read the forums just by my experience alone.
