Account and character creation seem to be done completely within their site, which is deprecated in internet standards by at least 7 years...
They also get a -2 for having no dwarves. Every roleplaying game needs durfs, and that's a damn fact.
The class system is pretty much the same as Arm, right down to the void mages, except that they straightened out the burg/pickpocket BS.
Also, there seem to be not just one, but MULTIPLE types of explosives! Very neat.
Anyhow, character app in. I'm a ranger. Anyone care to join me in my rangings?

I -really- want to like Black Sands, but.... It really does feel like an Armageddon knockoff.
Also I can't stand that particular codebase.
Makes me want to punch babies.

From glancing through the docs, it does look quite a bit like the ripped off Armageddon.
Used the same elements, down to Shadow and Void.
Magickers have to register by wearing a red cross, not a gem. Hmm...
And, of course, they set it in a foresty countryside (Tuluk.)
Still, I'm going to tinker with it a little.
