All the clans are the same, no clans ever get wiped out (red fang being the one exception). They just get closed down because there is no support from staff for it. Red Fang aren't actually extinct. We took precautions and sent off a small group to preserve the tribe. Perhaps i shouldnt have cleared the whole tribe with Abuzer, I might have had a part in their extinction. |

Fuck I wish I still had the log of the massacre. I'll never forget that. We all log in like 'wtf is going on? why we here?'...the top of our dune in the Red is empty. Nothing around, so we chill. Nek minut....Sun Runner army of overkilling death by fire emerges and massacres EVERYONE in like 20 seconds. Worm (my PC) gets out on 5hp. Staff say: "uhhh you weren't supposed to survive....we can either force store you or you can die in a RPT"...Fuckk this storage shit. Me and the few Red Fang that couldn't make the HRPT (ie: clan wipe) get sent on a kamikaze run where we breach the Sun Runners camp. Everyone dies, I'm left alive for the 2nd time. Fight my way into the dead middle of their camp with a couple NPC Fangs, they then die. I'm emoting whirling in a circle, snarling and hissing venom as I try to keep the entire fuckking tribe at bay with my spear. Then out comes some old fuckwit cunt of a Sun Runner who saunters out, studies me for a moment, and immolates my ass.
But yeah, we figured something was up and sent off a group to maintain the tribe. They were to go back to the canyons if I remember right.
only other player I can remember from then was Majikal and his Rukkian Delf.....that cunt was pure scary. I was by far the weakest, despite being by far the oldest, PC in the tribe. Worm was around for about 2 RL years in Red Fang. From the beginning of building the camp to the time of its destruction. Can't remember his sdesc. He was entirely boring as a character, but somehow that poorly statted and skilled ranger survived the lot.

That's a residential IP address. An IP address coming from a VPN would have a data center IP coming from a service like AWS or OVH. It's possible for two Arm players that don't know each other to be both using the same wifi hotspot like it's possible to be struck by lightning. That just has such a low probability that I wouldn't consider it. It's really one of two possibilities either he got caught or staff are intentionally and willfully framing him using fabricated evidence Most providers in Europe use dynamic IP addresses and you get a new one once a day, or every time you reconnect. They'd just need to be in the same general area in the Netherlands and share the same provider. |

Isn't the Two Moons tribe so poorly written for the setting that someone else posted horror stories of being a member of it on this forum? EDIT - PS how is the new subguilds and spice decay working out? I played at the time. That player just got unreasonable about being demoted. His character was a massive liability for the tribe, the way he was played. The stuff he did only made sense from an OOC perspective of 'creating conflict'. From an IC perspective, Greedy One was reckless and insane, and had it coming. |

I'll say it...
I was one of the Red Fangs around the establishment of the camp in the tunnels beneath the canyons. It was one of my first spellcasters, and only lasted five days. I really liked playing with Worm.
Two of my more recent characters played alot with Salty Black. I could care less if you chose to have him self destruct or not, he was a ton of fun. Not all successfully played characters win, right?
You only having 3/2 karma after more than a decade of play is a travesty. Well done, sir.
