For a guy who has a vendetta against the game, you sure were playing a lot and keeping a lot of people active and entertained.

I'm sure plenty would be interested in seeing the responses and such.

Would be interested in seeing it too but sad to see you go, we didn't play together much but often at times it felt like you were the only person doing anything in the city.

Unfortunately, this is what staff do when confronting staffing problems. They pick out a vulnerable scapegoat and say it's all their fault. Usually they target other staff members, but in this case they picked a player to be the blood sacrifice.

This is the main reason why the "X staff member might be an asshole but at least he's fun" argument falls apart. Because there's an upkeep cost to keeping them around. Same with the people who say "the only way to enjoy the game is to play it without dealing with staff". Eventually they'll just pick you out and sacrifice you, if they need to.

I'm sorry you had to deal with being the victim in a cover-up. Here's to hoping people here learn from your experience.

An IP match on what? Obviously they have your IP that you log on your Arm account with on the game and site and the GBD. They can't see the accuser's IP on Reddit or Discord without private messaging that person a link to a server they control or a link to an IP grabbing service

Let's break down that sentence a bit.
Something posted anonymously on the internet that happens to align with multiple other posts and reviews claiming that Shalooonsh sexually harasses people, leads sexual advances even when told they're unwanted, that some elements of the player culture are uncomfortably hypersexual, and that the staff in general are unenthusiastic about investigating such claims. We're not talking about one anonymous post on the internet here, we're talking about several, and there will likely be more to come the longer the problems go unaddressed.

The staff you claim you'd always held in high regards: Just because you like someone more than someone else, or know someone better than someone else, does not mean that person you know or like is less likely to lie to you than a stranger would be. Indeed, this is how abuse works: there is a shared trust that one party exploits, consciously or otherwise, either physically (making the abuse physical abuse) or verbally (making the abuse emotional abuse). In fact, many people drawn towards lying and deceiving others do best from a position of trust.

So what Nessalin's effectively doing here is forcing Okthen to make a choice between blind trust in the staff and blind trust in one voice of many who are raising similar concerns about the game. Of course, this is a false choice: nile doesn't need to make this choice. They can distrust staff as a body and also distrust anonymous accusations. They can trust staff as a whole but also raise concerns about anonymous accusations that are sounding similar to one another. But besides that, staff have done nothing to show their emotional investment in nile. They intended to just discard nile because he hadn't shown sufficient fealty to the staff.

I don't see how anyone could look at this situation and not see how it might happen to them. On the off-chance that their IP matches with someone else, just because they logged into Arm from a Starbucks once or play Arm using a VPN, or something.
