bahahahaha Now that does sound more like loonsh. That stuff on screenshots though, that does not sound like loonsh. Bottom line is that if there is ever a staffer who seriously tried to demand sexual favors from a PC in exchange for animation, I personally would quit until that staffer would be gone. If you truly knew the staffers right now, you would know how immensely feminist they currently are. So yes. Please prove this. If this proves to be true, a vast amount of staffers would refuse to participate until loonsh is gone. But the thing is that it's bullshit. Boom. |

What shaleah posted does sound like loonsh.
I mean those screen shots of loonsh asking for cybersex to animate an NPC. That's bullshit.
Shaleah's posy? For sure. I believe that. Loonsh is crass. Shaleah is crass too sometimes. Both periodically act like a pair of Hicks when outside the game. Both play really interesting characters in game. Shrug.

Okay so Shaleah claims that was an unwelcome comment by a staffer and that it was related to her being banned from discord. You say you believe that image is real but not something that should result in discipline or anything because Shaleah talks the same way?
I'm trying to understand how you can say you believe Shaleah who has brought a complaint against Shalnooshboosh but not believe that it rises to the level of needing action given the statement in the image.

I'm not sure I think the comment to Shaleah needs punitive action against Shalooonsh. It lacks context.
She says they had a relationship of some sort. I can be pretty crude with my buddies sometimes too. If you took a screenshot of something I said to my gay friend in Columbia two months ago and just put that up there I'd probably come across as a homophobic monster who ought to be institutionalized.
So was the comment before or after their friendship fell apart? Did he know their friendship was falling apart at the time of the comment? Etc. There's a lot of context not there.

This evidence of discourse between Shaleah and Shloosh is sufficient that Shloosh should not have involved himself in any sort of moderating action against Shaleah. The personal tilts are too much. To suggest otherwise (with a team of 10+ other people!!) is ethically bankrupt.

Leave it to qwerty to throw a bunch of crap at the wall and see what sticks. As is typical for him, who has a history of defending weird sexual behavior in and around the game.
Here's the only part of his post that actually matters to the topic at hand:
Attempting to equivocate Shaleah's personality with Shalooonsh is a stupid attempt at whataboutism. Attempting to say Shalooonsh plays great characters falls back to what I said earlier about "He might be a power-tripping asshole but at least he's fun to play with" syndrome that the Armageddon Internet Defense Squadron always seems to catch - which, frankly, is just another form of Stockholm syndrome except that the "hostage" can walk away.
Stripping the nonsense away, we see what qwerty finds okay. Anything Shalooonsh does is just fine, what he takes issue with is that someone might pretend to do what he normally does. And that's pretty fucked up.
