What sort of fucking gaslighting shill garbage is this that, when a player (rightfully!) complains about their soldier concept being undermined by nonsensical and sexually charged S&M forced emote play by the victim, none other than @qwerty runs to defend the fetishist? jcarter The more of these GDB sycophants come to post here the more this place is starting to feel like the GDB. It's a crying shame. That's the problem. The player involved might be reading this and facepalming themselves. Sometimes sexualized undertones are being assigned by the reader, not the writer. I call it the Boyle Syndrome.

People think forcing sexually charged anything on people is fucked up. You're just defending the indefensible at this point.

I'm convinced at this point, that qwerty should simply be ignored and invalidated in any point they try to make based on the fact that they are low-functioning autistic and can't even formulate a properly articulated response to anything being said. Instead, choosing to state some horse-shit about sexualized undertones being assigned by the reader, whereas in this instance, the writer clearly decided to moan and power-emote someone else's actions. Are you actually retarded? Or is this some penultimate ADHD where you can't even retain the original subject matter when you're even going so far as to directly quote it in a way that suggests you're supplying a valuable reply... But you're just going full grumble. www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=Boyle%27s%20Syndrome .... How does that, in any way, relate at all to what is being spoken about?

Nah, qwerty isn't disabled in any way. People with developmental disorders know better than this. Qwerty is behaving, and often has behaved, in a deliberate manner on this forum to stir shit up, defend indefensible behavior, and most importantly to him, get us to change the subject when we have valid criticisms of Armageddon. He's being disruptive for the sake of being disruptive in exchange for headpats from Nessalin senpai, or however the heck staff are paid these days.

Immediately afterward that character romantically pursued my character. People who knew that player OOC said this was something they regularly do. They got my OOC contact info from someone and hit me up over messenger to tell me they thought my soldier was hot. Then, they romantically pursued my next character when they found out that it was me playing it. It was sexual in nature. I'm not sure why you're having such a hard time believing this, unless you're the person I RPed with and are trying to re-frame the cringeworthy stuff you did years ago.

Qwerty could also be a troll who's here to defend Armageddon for all its faults so that we stop talking about how Armageddon is a shit story with no metaplot, but I suspect you hit the truth on the nose. His writing style and certain mannerisms give him away for the characters he used to play, and although I don't remember any of their names, I definitely remember their genericness, their horndoginess, and their "okey"s.

That's run of the mill sexual harassment, though, and that sort of thing happens every few years. It isn't force-posing an arrest into an erotic scene. That's literally never happened to me before or since, anywhere, and I think that's way creepier for it. Someone literally couldn't control themselves and started posing their fantasy, and/or forgot that there were people on the other end who have a say in what happens. To me, that's waaaay worse than clumsy, socially oblivious attempts to get closer OOC.

Can't count the number of times on Armageddon where I OOCed that I would prefer to fade to black on a sex scene or even a torture scene, and the player on the other end proceeded to emote something sexual or torturous afterward. There are many players with no respect for other people's boundaries.
