This isn't the first time where good boy Malifaxis gets accused of violating the game's "no rape roleplay" doctrine; nor will it be the last. I remember this cropping up before. He can get away with it though, since it's not really rape if a storyteller does it: it's just a "realistic world response."

I don't know about any of that rape stuff. I've never seen it.
I will say though that the best case you can hope for in game is to avoid storyteller attention as much as possible. The good ones will just watch and applaud your actions, maybe respond to your requests with an 'attaboy' now and then but never actively help you. The bad ones will actively throw the world against you in unreasonable and unjustifiable ways.
I don't call them storytellers anymore. I call them storystoppers.

Not much of a story to be said there, really. I wouldn't call his obsession "rape" per se, just with long dicks that go "all the way through to the womb" and inflicting unwanted pain and the like. The only reason I know about it is because someone I knew had to revoke consent from him when he tried that on her, and for what it's worth, he faded to black on the rest of it. I'm not enlightened in the world of BDSM but I think that straddles the line between consensual and non-consensual RP.
