The bowl is a reference to his haircut.

I swear, I remember you and I talking about this, but I could be thinking of someone else.
We lived in the same city for a while before I moved south some more.

Athas DMs are amazing. Can't wait for Moranus to return. I look forward to whatever Vintrius has planned and whatever you folks are bringing into the game. I know Rynn's been doing a lot of research on the setting and work, and am glad to know Vintrius has found some more code nerds to help him on that side. I signed up as a builder, but haven't done hardly anything, so, apologies.
I think some competition in the RPI market would be beneficial to Armageddon, while driving interest in the niche that is composed of RPIs. It may be painful at first to them, but I think it will be some heavy inspiration to step up their game and make it happen. Armageddon will no longer be the only long-lived, dark sun inspired RPI, and they will have to change tactics and strategies accordingly. A monopoly is not good for anyone, top or bottom. I can't wait to play an elf on athas mud, with the documentation how it is, it looks like a blast. Beware the elven templar. I will do this thing, just wait.

I dont really care who knows. But how its a mountain is confusing because its not in the mountains nor is it a mountain.

Yea. What're we looking at? Were you expecting a 'perfect' bowl that literally entraps Tucson on all sides, or whatever? Go back to that exact website you used there, and convert it to a satellite view instead of purely the map, and you'll what I'm talking about. Unless of course you're agreeing with me and provided that to emphasize the point.

Neat. Hey by the way, I really hope this MUD gets off the ground. If I can give you some advice, please prepare to dedicate a fair amount of time to mediation with players. I think it's tempting for game management to assume something like "Well, if everyone's nice and behaves like adults, everyone will get along fine and we won't have any issues." Unfortunately that will not be the situation that you guys are stepping into. Another piece of advice is that staff should resist the urge to create a game that relies upon the preservation of large amounts of secret information. Embracing that design philosophy will necessarily engender large amounts of conflict, in a way that will probably result in staff members hating themselves.
