So you requested storage and you're disappointed that Nyr resolved the request? If you wanted to be forced to play it out, why didn't you just play it out? Actually, I didn't find his amusement funny because giving that character up was hard for me. As far as being forced to play it out, honestly, at the time, I didn't really want to, the feeling about that only came after he told me that my character was murdered in her sleep. Any other time I was stored, it was just resolved, there was no "Ha ha" about it. So yeah, I kinda think it was a dick move, but as I don't play there anymore, I'm not upset anymore. I guess if someone asks for a storage request, and the norm is "request resolved" and nothing more, adding that they were killed 'in their sleep' is kind of messed up. That's just my opinion though, and I don't expect people to agree. Nah, I don't buy it. I am 90% sure who you were, and as one of the many people who was around when Raleris was bashing your PC, I can say with near certainty that you publicly accused him of banging commoners. Um, you should expect to get killed in your sleep when you accuse a Tuluki noble of that. The fact you stored just means that happened virtually. I'm sure he would've killed you IG if you hadn't stored. For better or worse, Raleris did not appear to have any qualms about PKing! You screwed yourself. Don't pretend Nyr's at fault for this one. |

I posted what I did, because I was asked to, by people who have an opinion on the matters that I actually respect. So I did. I put the information out there, and got some discussion going. Guess what, all it did was make some people discuss and talk and after that, it derailed, much like everything else on the internet. Was it productive discussion? Maybe for awhile, but if nothing else, what it did do was get some ideas out there on appropriate staffing models. And if anyone took something useful from that, great. It helped someone. If it even helped one person, then good. I honestly don't care enough about Armageddon to feel threatened or care about anything that's going on there, so no, I'm not seeing threats anywhere, nor am I "suffering" as you seem to be implying. I just don't care. Like, at all. If you think nothing productive came out of discussing Producer level administrators carpet bombing punishments on unrelated individuals, then, you might be misguided. |
