What is there to be positive about? This place exists because the game is turning to shit. Anyway, I wrote that post because someone PMed me disagreeing that elves shouldn't be in the Byn. I actually wanted to write a much longer post about the whole issue of almost every role on Arm being artificial and having no basis in gameplay, but it would be tl;dr.

1) Doubt it was a new type of kryl 2) I doubt it's a new type of kryl because mulrage poison has been out for years and is what causes mounts to attack players and other mounts. If a maxed warrior is mulraged they will also random attack (thus I question whether you know what is new) 3) I can confirm that as Senior Aide Wilem of Oash that I spent oodles of sid on the byn to get gicker components for Oashi gemmed. It was on my next character that I heard the Byn no longer accepted contracts without it being 'worth their time' aka clan requests from leadership. Everything else sounds fun. I think you're missing some points here. I said the Gith developed a new poison, not Kryl. It's a gourd that they throw and when it shatters it releases a horrible stench, causing the mounts to go crazy. And yes, it was a new type of kryl. Scythe guys, perraine guys, mulrage guys, acid guys, blinding guys - and then there was NEW ones. I've explored the grey on multiple pcs, and I'd never come across the ones the staff threw at us. As for your third, you're probably right. Byns been changing and it sucks. |

I also know the Byn is fucking strong as shit, and they -have- been taking high risk jobs. I remember the Byn back in the day...packed full of pc's and going on high-risk jobs and plots allllllll the time. so which is it are they doing high risk jobs now or is that just a memory They do take High Risk jobs, but they are RARE. It's mostly a memory, despite the Byn having uber long-lived, powerful rangers/warriors. |

There is nothing new about that gith poison. I had it when Dyrinis set me up as the gith chief years ago. However it wasn't in "gourd" form nor did the gourd burst open, it was a like a sharp chitin plant or some shit that you es'd and did use spike kank and the kank would throw whoever was riding it and then be flagged as "tregil flee" or whatever you want to call it. I guess it could be new but the mount poison isn't new been around since '01
