Fuck, at least he wouldn't be coming here to defend people who talk about him behind his back like he's the scum of the earth. It's almost funny that it's saellyn doing it, given the shit said about cheating and twinking and metagaming on his part as a player, but maybe if he protests US loudly enough, they'll forget he's the one they were hating on. Why not? It's a solid strategy. Sure it's a waste of time, but I can laugh at the irony.

The title of this thread should be changed to "Worthy quotes from the GDB." The word Gem just screams sarcasm, so people keep getting it backwards. I am forced to agree. This was supposed to be a positive thread for honoring those people on the GDB when they display some spine. It would've been nice for Bitter to have a chance to show him just how assailable his position is, I get the feeling he likes doing it, with just how brutal he can be at times. Alas. I do thrive in hostility, but to be honest, I wouldn't want to have to follow @anaiah's post. She went mantis on him, tore his head off and ate it, except without the mating part. Absolutely brutal. considerably more secure. If your anything was remotely secure, I doubt you'd feel so threatened by the existence of this place that you have to dedicate time and effort to trying to come here and troll. It's hard not to fall into an us vs them mentality, when the point of their community is to damage ours. yeah no the 'point' of this community is to provide a space for ppl to freely say whatever the fuck they want abt arm the fact that a place like this could only exist in spite of (rather than in tandem with) staff policy is sad enough. what is sadder is the fact that u dont even seem to realize that there is a solid reason that a good portion of the free speech ur seeing here are negative reviews of gameworld and staff interaction this forum is exactly what happens when a game staff doesnt provide a nonpunitive and productive pressure valve for the open expression and sincere consideration of player grievances and frustrations get a fucking clue, then come try again |

In this particular case, it was the straight up female pc of mine that wound up fucking his pc in the ass with a torch handle. The dickgirl he hit on and picked up after a fair amount of hemotes to indicate exactly what was going on and hemotes in response so it was apparent that the mutation was... known. Of course, when a staff member OOC'd when they got off alone together in a room to fool around, neither of us actually wanted to RP anything out right after that, because... seriously, who wants to know for a fact that you're being snooped right before you're about to have kinky mudsex? |

It's funny seeing this board finally be openly and directly mentioned on the gdb now. It was a gradual development. There was a point where it felt like even mentioning this place existed would get censored. Then people started dropping hints here and there. And now it's pretty directly discussed. You almost have to applaud the personal growth that that required.
The real sad part is how everyone pretends but behind closed doors show their real selves. I've spoken with most of the gdb crowd and what's so crazy is if you talk to them privately (even some of the die hard gbers who you'd never expect to speak negatively), they'll reveal that they think the game has gone downhill, nothing is possible anymore, and the imms these days are horrible control freaks. There are even actual imms who think this way. But all of them will speak out against you the instant you go public with your thoughts.
So weird.
