I was just joking but admittedly I was surprised that multiple posts in a thread about the very narrative of the game itself received so few hits, ghaati.
it's a low number.
anyway, someone said the day before yesterday or somewhere around there that people don't read these forums. Sounds like a heap of bullshit to me though.
edit: still waking up

I'd read anything urinemoose has to say if he posted it here.
These days I typically gloss over anything he posts gdb-side.

i guess I got banned from commenting on my home county's sheriff page for calling bullshit every time they posted weed arrests, too. also got banned from emailing the top federal weed scientist, too. hmmm. I would very much enjoy seeing copies of these messages if you still have them.
I'm chuckling at the thought of you doing this.

Euronymos' "crap about Coming Soon" is just an warm-up story for the Sun Runners and then a post advertising a sponsored role. Since only staff can post in that thread, it wouldn't draw as much attention as a thread where anyone can post in. Compare banme's rebuttal thread of 2000 views with with the Prettiness Guilt thread on the GDB with over 11,360 views and Nyr's Player Retention and You thread with 14,429 posts, Nessalin's Food Aging discussion thread with 3826 posts, and in five different GDB categories I only saw one thread started by you Kronibas and that was back in 2014. You got over 3000 hits over the past year and a half but it looks like you were a one-shot wonder. Especially when you compare that with your pitiful 1200 views here on the shadowboard. qq harder nub The first indication that it was going to be quality literature was the title "Coming Soon."

So, for pickpockets.
I know their combat skills are shit basically all the time but. Focus bludgeoning or piercing or both? I'm thinking both because of the benefits of fighting against them.
Does bludgeoning actually help sap in anyway?

Does bludgeoning actually help sap in anyway? In my experience the reason to train bludgeoning weapons in conjunction with using sap is that it ensures better results in the follow-up combat rounds.
Once you "sap" your target, if you do not knock them out in a single hit (you probably won't) you then initiate basic combat rounds.
If you "sap" them and then land a few hard standard bludgeoning hits immediately you are more likely to knock them out in the follow-up rounds.

Dual wield both bludgeoning or one mace weapon and one piercing? Thinking after I get piercing to as high as it'l go just use maces/small clubs that are small enough to be palm'd.

One mace, one piercing. Switch them up periodically and you can raise them both at the same time since both skills have separate timers. Only the primary hand skills up during combat. If I'm not mistaken.

If I'm not mistaken. You are correct on the primary hand. I meant after the face So after the skill grind is over just switch to bludgeoning as piercing will mostly be for the "I can use piercing weapons good so I can defend against them good" and I don't want to murder people as fast/sap/something.

It's what I would do.
