Yep, I still care about the game and have some good memories, I just don't see how to have fun on it anymore.

There's even this phenomenon where someone will recall a scene from years ago and be like "yeah, I really liked these players" or "I really liked that clan and this scene" and the designated shill will go... HAH! ONE OF THOSE PLAYERS IS ON STAFF! AND THIS OTHER ONE IS STILL AN ACTIVE PLAYER! HOW CAN THE GAME BE BAD? YOU MUST HATE IT FOR NO REASON. Or someone gives kudos to a recent character/player and the designated shill goes... HAH! THEY'RE STILL PLAYING... THEY DIDN'T QUIT LIKE YOU. PROVES YOU WRONG. Like dude. Chill. We get it. There are still okay staffers. There are still okay players. People also change. Acting like this negates any of the points made on this board is an act desperation. It's honestly pretty bizarre. Speaking for myself, I write hoping it's clear from the context that when I refer to "staff", I'm referring to it as a body. I'm not talking about each individual member of staff. When I talk about individual members of staff I mention them by name or make a reference to them. If I talk about a tier of staff then I will mention that tier. Yet, either from willful misinterpretation or lack of reading comprehension, some people will ignore the context of the post and say that I have something against each individual member of staff. That's ridiculous - I don't know most of the people on staff either personally or by reputation and even if I did, the context of my posts should always make it clear that I'm not talking about every staff member individually. These people who misread the use of the word "staff" as an unfair generalization then bizarrely go on to make generalizations about this board, saying it's a place for people who want to cheat and destroy the game. Quite the head-scratcher. I feel like if your best defense is a fallacy or some form of peer pressure, you're probably on the losing side.
