Hey. Speculate. Not a problem. But then support your speculation with something.
Speculation: the author is not staff.
Support: the author displays lack of knowledge any staffer would have.
Support of support: no other disgruntled staffer ever said things the way he did. To do so, would primarily disrespect themselves first and not many people are willing to do that over a game.
Most claims on these forums are more akin to
Speculation:staff loaded 10 tarantula on me and pked me.
Support: because staff sucks and they are keeping me from playing high power roles.

Please provide 10 citations of grievances against staff. Of those 10 please have 5-6 being analogous to the speculation you described. That would then constitute 'most' and your claim will be accepted in the peer-reviewed halls of debate. |

To be honest, okey. I can do that, Jeshin. Maybe not the number you indicate, but enough to be given thought if the reader is objective enough. It'll take me awhile of course. And it'll be a lot of wasted effort since people actually need to be objective, but it's okey. Give me a few days. As an example here's a link. Please pay attention to commentaries. I'm not really speculating.
The person said they were on staff so I, without evidence to the contrary, took them at their word. Why would I do otherwise?
It's not really a gamechanger of a review no matter what its origins.

Don't provide a link and be like well if you were OBJECTIVE you would have found what I wanted you to find in a multiple post thread. Especially the one where you immediately qualify the OP of the thread as acceptable or not your intended point. |

It's true. There are a lot of disgruntled staff members who quit. The latest one being reiloth I would suppose. But none of them would talk like that dude have. A lot of points he makes are untrue and any ST would be we aware of it. Basically it's just some member of these boards decided to bullshit a little. Oh wellz. Way to antagonize needlessly. Which points are untrue? Also, how would you know what knowledge a staff member would have given that you've said you're not on staff? in four instances I noticed an administrator tweaking their character's skill levels and giving them weapons that looked similiar to some basic equipment but had more powerful damage dice. This really boils my blood. Imposing an enormous skill grind and making upper levels of weapon skills virtually unobtainable through play, making weapon properties virtually opaque, and then skipping past it for their own characters. I wouldn't be surprised if they lower skills levels of people they see as rivals too then. |
