My character was responsible for the collapse of the balcony of that apartment near the warrens. My merchant had so much shit crammed in that room that after he died, they decided to introduce weight limits and some poor fuck added a couple more things in there. To make matters sweeter, that guy was a friend of the militia and my next character helped protect the property while pilfering all the money found and then he, with the Bejewelled hand helped gather materials to fix it. It gets even better, I then helped do a protection racket for people and broke into houses for a long period with my maxxed uber lock picking skills while jacking tickets for mounts all over the place. There is NO safe apartment in Tuluk while I was working.

Set back well off the road, this room is quiet and peaceful. A large
narrow window is set into the northern wall, thin sheers dancing lightly in
the breezes and cooling the thick stonewalled room. Pale golden-tinged
tiles lie underfoot, complementing the woven wool rugs in shades of pale
yellows and warm browns. Not clearly designed for any specific reason, this
room could serve as an extra bedchamber for a servant as easily as a small
storage area. A large open archway leads to the foyer to the south.

A Luxurious Bedchamber [NS Quit Save]
Dominating the western wall of this large chamber is a four poster bed
carved out of dark baobab wood. Soft sheer silks have been draped from the
wooden frame overhead and a sheer netting stretches across the top, allowing
comfort and privacy when the sheers are lowered to surround the bed. Thick
rugs woven in pale blues and creams cover the pale tile flooring and add to
the impression of refinement. A sizable wardrobe has been built into the
eastern wall and a large balcony lies visible to the south. Near the
curtained entryway to the balcony, a small table and chairs have been placed
to take advantage of the view and the breeze while retaining privacy. A
coatstand sits beside the doorway to the north, offering a place to hang
heavy cloaks and outer wear.

Just wide enough for two people to stand side by side, this narrow
balcony runs the breadth of the chamber to the north. Sturdy stone
construction makes the narrow ledge stable and a waist high balustrade of
stone has been carved out and is overhung with numut vines and other grayish
green plant life. A small tarp has been strung from two poles set into the
sides of the building and forms an overhang that provides shelter from the
sweltering rays of Suk-krath as well as a small amount of protection from
the sands and winds. Over the edge of the balcony, a view of the road below
is afforded, allowing one to relax and watch the comings and goings of the
city.
