This situation: "I should be dead, but I'm not."
Staff: oh, k. #mantishead fixed.
Other situations involving buggy spaghetti-code nonsense (aggro timer not resetting on an otherwise reasonable npc, other player abusing a bugged mechanic, that one time -way- too many soldiers insta-spawned, etc.): "Yo, I shouldn't have died to this, rez pls?"
Staff: "Nah, I'm just going to outright refuse, or try to faulty-logic my way out of this-- mental gymnast I am. Ur boned kid."
Yet another situation: "Hey staff, I see you trying to pull some bullshit and am calling you out on it."
Staff: "Your gdb post count is under 7k and you're not friends with any of us elsewhere. Your character died or something."
Like.
I get it.
If code should have killed, but didn't, they won't think twice about breaking out the kill command.
Howevr, should code fuck up and kill when it shouldn't, they'll fight tooth and nail to keep you fucked over for the hell of it.
Armageddon's harsh, but goddamn. Give us a break every once in a while? Let us have our small victories? Please?
