Thought we needed a thread for questions that aren't really deserving of their own thread, but would be off topic else where. So I made one.
To shoot off - what weapon catergory is the Rukkian summoned weapon? Could defender/aggressor subguild make it even more lethal?

Each level of power summons a different weapon. Typically, sul hammers are used, so you'd need bludgeoning.

How deadly is the weapon?
Would a 'gicker with a summoned weapon have a fair chance against an experienced warrior?
Does wielding a summoned weapon mean you can't weave spells properly?

How deadly is the weapon? The mon ones are pretty badass. Would a 'gicker with a summoned weapon have a fair chance against an experienced warrior? Depends on how high their offense was...and if they were a class that had decent defensive spells. Does wielding a summoned weapon mean you can't weave spells properly? You still can.

Cool! Is there a list somewhere of what message you'll see if someone has a certain spell cast on them?

Just how dangerous is the Rukkian earthquake spell? The website says it does medium damage - would that be about 10-30 points? Is it possible to just spam it until everyone is dead? Does it hit people that are levitating?
What exactly does the Allanaki gem do to a mage? Can they be removed once worn?

If I remember correctly, a sul quake can do somewhere in the vicinity of 30-40 damage. It could be a tad bit lower, though it does knock down everyone in the room and lag them. Is it possible to just spam it until everyone is dead? Does it hit people that are levitating? It could if you use sul and have 110-125 mana I believe. Regarding your second question: if someone is levitating/flying, would a spell that affects the ground have any effect on them? Short answer: No What exactly does the Allanaki gem do to a mage? Can they be removed once worn? +5 mana, and yes, they can, though good luck with that.

No, it's just practically impossible to do now. You'll need immortal assistance -- during the "end plot" this was much easier, though these days with the cancellation of 2.0 I don't see this being a very viable avenue.
If you want to play a free magicker don't get the gem. That'd be my advice.

Do you have to be in the same room as someone to cast parch on them?
Does armor+stone skin stack? Assuming someone had both on at mon, and decent armor, would an experienced human/dwarf/mul/HG be able to damage them? Is there a maximum armor value one can have where being adding any more defensive stuff would be futile?
If you're a dwarf - would your spell buffs be less effective owing to the magick resistance?

Do you have to be in the same room as someone to cast parch on them? Yes. It's a spell that requires you to have a target. The only directional spell I'm familiar with that can be cast from afar is lightning spear, though that is merely thrown after you create it. Maybe fireball can? Meh, don't remember. I believe those spells do stack, though you won't be able to have godspeed and stoneskin on at the same time. I think there was a way around this if you cast stoneskin AFTER you had godspeed on, but that could have been fixed for all I know. Regarding dwarves, not sure. I think their resistance only concerns success vs. failure, meaning if a spell succeeds in affecting them they will be dealt the maximum damage/benefit the spell deals out/affords them. Could be wrong here though since anything dealing with the code is merely guess work and speculation.

How did halflings get made extinct?

How did halflings get made extinct? Arm staff decided that after being blatantly "inspired" by dark sun for 15 years they needed to instantly distance themselves from things that were directly copied from the setting. Pooling together their collective creativity, they decided the best way possible to remove an entire race is to say A Wizard Did It and magically opened a portal to the plane of Vivadu and the tree-dwelling halflings were wiped. personally I would have just retconned them out entirely and said yeah our goof, we need to get away from the setting and I'm not going to give you a hamfisted excuse but to each their own.
