Go past that tunnel that used to be guarded by a winged demon, into the rocky hills and travel as FAR east as you can.
If you're not familiar with the area, this is my suggestion:
Hug the southern wall of the cliff, continue east until you see a statue. One west of the statue is a cave to rest in.
Beyond the cave, continue heading due east until you spot bushes with red fruits in them. Further still will lead you deep into the rocky hills.
This is where it gets tricky, because there ARE packs of kryl that roam about.
Should you slip past, continue hugging the wall until you can only go north.
Do so, and keep your eyes peeled on your surroundings to watch out for death squad kryl. Eventually you will happen upon being able to travel east, though this path is guarded by (you guess it) another pack of kryl. Either run/ride past or kill the bastards.
Voila, you're in an extended area of the game.

Can poisons be stacked? For example, could you hit someone with a paralyze arrow followed by a bloodburn ? Will the bloodburn overwrite their active poisoning?

Yes but bloodburn ticks can awaken people from perraine comas.

Umm. That advice about the bushes? You're trying to get the guy killed, or something? Those bushes are alive and kill fast. Also the kryl and the bushes see through hide/sneak/invis. I'm curious if any mundane ever survived trips for those bushes leaves without magickal support. If someone's ranger really managed to harvest those things on his own. My hat's off to you. Odds are, you were a delf Red Fang then

The stiff grey leaf is Heramide and I thought it could only be got through the Jaxa Pah, maybe they got an NPC seller tucked in their tent? I have seen that Those vine clubs that come from wild ginka plants seem to have Heramide on them it is the white tint I think.

Remember now what the poison was: 2x pieces of runebane and an empty glass vial.
Use it to poison water or food, don't believe it can be used on weapons, but can't remember.

Odds are, you were a delf Red Fang then No, I was Flint Sky of the Soh Lanah Kah and had Cut Rock with me; he can attest to it. After I was stored and Cut died, that's when the Red Fangs took control (because we weren't around to kill them anymore) The anakore in the holes have around 45-60 offense and pretty high defense, they are NOT your normal breed.

2 pieces of runebane will create a vial which you can pour into a liquid. You cant poison food, or weapons with it. Basically, brew being the buggy beast it is, there are two partial codes intermixed here. You do not need poisoning skill to poison a drink with that vial. You just pour it inside. But the odds of successful poison is 'extremely' low. To a point that if a person sips, instead of drinking, they wont get poisoned and will feel the strange taste.
If you "really" want to poison a drink or food. You gotta use a poisoning skill via the same code you use to poison a weapon. The vial poison wont help with that.

I've seen a bunch of the vials made murky blue and all kinds of colors, I think the ones that make a black glob instead of a tablet have a gray tint when you assess them, Bakari cones? something like that, they make a black vial that I heard IC was like Heramide, could be bullshit. Is it true the yellow spines were used by gith to poison kanks, kankbain or something I heard it called? With kanks dead, does it poison anything else or is it just a useless leftover?

As far as I know its a useless left over codedly. But you can still use it with some imagination for rp purposes.

Alright then, the "odd" cures and what I've heard. * Grey is for if you get bit by a rat and it makes you shiver and sweat,
* Chalky Blue I've seen pcs say it cures the gas from the saltworm, I've also IC talked with a pc who said that doesn't work because he tried it three times and just had to wait it out. I've heard pcs say eating kalan fruit cures saltworm gas too.
*Purple, I have no idea.
