I'm going to be posting various logs here for you all to enjoy.
The first log is from the first month of Parallel RPI, when it was still fun.
Scene: Logging in from a crash, our hero and my character Jack Jalthan is confronted with a chaotic situation.
Jake Jalthan, my character's brother has been challenged to a shootout by a self-proclaimed bounty hunter looking to capitalize on the price on Jake's head. Jack and Jake are members of the New Guard, a crude mafia that protects nearly a third of the city of Rust. Their rivals are the Block Niners, a group that is essentially the collection of numerous smaller streetgangs and descendants of the pre-collapse prisoners.
Shortly before the crash an indie called Riki who had beef with the Guard popped out of the market gates and fired off a few shots at Jake mid-duel. This sparked an all out shootout and gang fight as the observing Guards moved in defense of Jake and the observing Niners moved in defense of the bounty hunter. It was 5v5 but Riki and a female Niner almost immediately fled.
Thus, returning from this crash, it's 5 Guard (including a heavily wounded Jake) versus 2 Niners and the bounty hunter. Enjoy.
