If Nyr was actually Bitter, here on some kind of Orwellian modus operandi, I would find that hilarious. But Bitter displays way too much self-awareness and humanity.

I don't know or care... I only know a very small handful of relic players OOCly, and most of them have been/are on staff, so I mean... Whatever.

Exactly. There are regular posters whose identity I am almost certain of, but they're people I'd never want to see off the staff. There's a person I chat with on Mumble who I won't even guess the identity of at this point, out of respect. You will occasionally see me try to out the shitheads using a sockpuppet to defend the game with, but they'd never lose their account for it, and I'm never completely sure which nyrish staffer they are. It's also possible they're just contrarian trash from the GDB who would also never lose their accounts for posting here.

You left out how much time and work it'd be. I mean the man's an unpaid volunteer. He's not even paid for what he volunteers for. On the other hand, maybe he never sleeps and I am Bitter Durden?

Both I and Nyr have a very formal way of writing. In my case, I was strongly affected by the required English courses I took in college; I am prone to use the persuasive and informative essay style of writing because I want to be clearly understood. Nyr wants to come off as smarter than everyone else; he writes formally out of pretension and the result is he has a hollow presense. At a glance, it'd be easy to confuse us. If you actually read the way we debate/argue at length, you'd notice I tend to address everything I'm responding to, whereas Nyr tends to quote a large block of text then repeats himself without clarification, dumps a rarely-related block of text to look like he's responding, or a blanket dismissal.

Says the man who can't pronounce Morgenes or Nyr. You'd probably find a way to screw up pronouncing my former staff name, too.
