Hahaha april fools....right? Though some of those ideas have merit maybe it is just a sneaky way of gauging the player bases response to them while intermingling them with something that is obviously dumb.

I RP sex all the time in-game -- and none of that FTB stuff, the full two days hashing out sexy emotes while people send Ways asking why I'm not at the stables to go on the contract.
I also enjoy a pretty awesome sex life, too.
The two are not mutually exclusive and not everyone who RPs out sex scenes is sitting there furiously masturbating to it, though there are definitely some that do. And trust me, you can tell. You so can.
Really guys, don't be the GDB shithead that goes for the low hanging mudsex feel-better rip, it just comes off like weak bandwagon bullshit.

how outraged would you be if mudsex was banned from the game? I would be miffed, but it isn't like I would quit the game or stop supporting it with votes and such. Some of the best kills I've made were after seducing, going through the entire process and 'soothing' them to sleep after the marathon fuck. Then stabbing them until they're dead. I think the best example would be an incredibly powerful warrior that I swear must have had AI across the board, he was just that overwhelming in combat prowess. My character seduced him, catered to his many sexual needs, provided that adoring lover feel and he kept her in a nice apartment with plenty of coins, combat training and protection, even got her an expensive suit armor and weapons. Eventually, when she was ready to move on with her life and knowing he wouldn't just let her go, she got him naked, tied him to the bed and killed him with his own weapon. She then sold all of his things for thousands and framed one of her rivals for the murder, resulting in the rivals death and her former lovers best friend giving her a huge pile of coins for helping get his friend a little justice. None of it would have been possible in a PG mud. I'm not going to argue that every time there is some in-game sex it's got some real meaning beyond a couple of people looking for something to jerk it / shluck it to. I've played in Tuluk, I know there are people just in it for the happy ending. "mudsex" and "RP sex" should be two different terms, I think. |

tbh I could give two shits about it being taken out of the game although if it was taken out the game would probably be improved imo. but then again I'm still bitter over having had a couple people in a noble house through the years and getting ignored because the only active noble spent their time in a locked room behind two guards mudsexxing all the time.
that two full IC days mudsexxing thing is what annoys me for clanned people because you're just having cybersex for 180 minutes. why even bother logging in then just do it over AIM.
