Short people can ride erdlu (if they aren't too heavy.) Erdlu are awesome.
Short people don't hit their heads as much when they're walking around in caves and small buildings.

Oi. I got a lot of extra steps to make before my short tree trunk sized dwarf legs carry me over the edge. Plenty more time to think about not doing it than you long legs. Buff your legs!
