Just curious as to all of the tattoo vendors that are in game.

I know of 1 in Blackwing tribal area. 1 in Cenyr. 1 in Red Storm. 3 in Nak bazaar. 1 in the Rinth (YES, FINALLY). 2 (I think) in Luir's. 2 in Tuluk, 1 in the Tooth and 1 in the tribal market.

Are there any other tattoo vendors that are open to all players?

I know Salarr has one on their argosy, but that's not open to all players. :/

Probably others too.

Mind throwing out what you know?

Tribal Market (2)
- One is in the tent next to the carru hide tent. An elf woman in there. (also a quit room to the east)
- The other is in the tent that sells the grey fletched arrows, southwest corner, in the back room of the tent.

Red Sun Commons
- Those 'custom' tattoos from the elf in the Red Sun Commons near the raw materials stand.

Tembos Tooth
- Back room by the gambling table lady

LUIRS
- The chick that does the kruth cards (market yard)
- The chick that does the misc. tattoos (market yard)
- The dude upstairs where the curtained rooms are in the tavern. (spice related tattoos)

One in Red Storm, that ones not hard to find

One in Cenyr, also really not hard to find

ALLANAK
- (3) scattered around the bazaar. One does 'custom' tattoos. The other two have designs. Easy to find these too.
