Sure. You can incorporate anything you want into a circuit. I usually do push ups, pull ups (can't do them because of shoulder injury right now), some kind of ab and some kind of leg. Sometimes I will run in between but it's kind of hard to video me running around doing stuff so I just did this.

I ran 2 miles after this circuit as well just to get some more cardio in.
