Also, what are the skill caps of the two-handed skill on rangers?
It seems to be abscent on many of the skill lists.

Dual wield on Rangers goes up to 90. I can only assume so does Etwo.
I would advice not to etwo for backstabs. It might increase your odds of succeeding to backstab, but assassins normally get to a point of 'never' failing backstab anyway. The second hit with your off hand, has a damage bonus from backstab as well. Call it secondary backstab if you will. Needless to say, you're losing it if you etwo.

Can the same be said about sap?
Do they get something akin to a "secondary sap" when dual-wielding?

Also, with the coding changes upping the strength put into attacks when two-handing weapons, wouldn't that make an etwo backstab do even more damage?
