At what point can <insert class here> teach? I'm guessing high jman allos you to teach brand new noobs? What about certain skills that have lower skill caps. I find it hard to believe that teaching shield use ever works unless you're a max shield use warr since the cap is so low on most classes. Thoughts?

From my experience. Having a skill at maxed journeyman and teaching a 'brand new newbie' with 1-10 of his own skill yields nothing. I cant teach him. So that's the difference I am guessing. Roughly 20 point-ish? 30 point difference?

These days, I dont bother to teach anyone unless I got master or maxed advanced.
