For example, where is "A tremendous sandstorms whips..." at on the scale of being able to find your way through it?

Something like that...I believe fierce means you can only see a room away, and tremendous means you'll be blind in the storm.

Feel free to correct that, I know I'm missing something and a bit off likely.
