8. spells/skills
Tested most spells/skills, none of the psi skills. Created temp objects for magic items (so it doesn't crash when you
cast the spell). I never made most of these items in game so I don't know what they do or look like, low priority for me.
Took out all component requirements for spells.
So for example the wek/.../mon mounts are just copies of ones that already exist so something is created and the spell doesn't crash the game.
They are not unique to each branch of magic. All the magic weapons are just copies of the sand jambiya if I remember correctly.
sukkrath_artifact_sword is a c special that would be attached to the sukkrath weapon but I don't know what the weapon looks like or if it
exists in the 1999 data so probably won't get around to fixing things like this.
9. races/mobs
Recreated some missing races. Some races existed in the old data but did not have their own RACE_ for example
war beetles were classified as RACE_KANK (some data shown below). So some races exist but need
to be reclassified and others do not exist: RANTARRI, GRETH, GNU. Some partially existed - RACE_TURAAL exists and has the skinning
items (pelt and gland) in objects but no corresponding npc (weird).
Where I just created from scratch - I copied a similar race so the stats are probably incorrect.
Rantarri is supposed to be a cousin of the kiyet lion so just used the kiyet lion stats and added hide/bash skill.
Some animals probably need a script to work correctly. For example, created the special.c function saltworm for "C pulse saltworm". It
will randomly do the breath attack if fighting. Probably need one for carru to bash, rantarri bash as well. Might be others that I did
not get around to. I don't know if they need a script to automatically hide.
Most mobs do not have the skin items. Old races (up to plains ox) sometimes have skinning data associated with the race. There are no
types that need to be broken down further (carru has meat and hide not meat, hide, ribs and rack). I don't know how the old arm merchants
worked. I don't see any recipes in the 1999 data and the 2016 version uses xml files for recipes.
TODO: add more mobs for world startup. test the ones created (saltworm, turaal, rantarri)
MISSING tarantula, some fancy kryl - no desc. Out of all those exciting kills against tarantulas, I never bothered to actually look at one!
Have desc want to add: gnu, magera, greth, gizhat, kagar but I probably won't get around to it.
