Clearly, they did pass judgement and you left out the part where they disconnected the SLK guy three times.
Reminds me of my last PC, a couple of years ago. It was a fairly run-of-the-mill mundane human enforcer in the Guild. One day, the Guild leader asked me to kill somebody. I didn't really know who it was, but I asked for a description and it was distinctive enough that I felt justified in looking for the person. I spend quite a bit of time looking for them, and finally I see them in Allanak and assassinate them. Well, I become wanted, so I immediately climb up the wall onto a rooftop and hide there.
Minutes pass by before two PC AoD officers (one of them was Lizzie's useless officer) walk into the room. On a random rooftop. Now, no PCs were around when I made the kill, and while it's certainly possible that someone tracked me down, I happen to know enough about the mechanics of fleeing away from shadowers and using hunt in climb rooms to say that it was pretty unlikely. Anyway, they walk into the room... and I immediately get disconnected. Like the very moment they enter the room.
I have a fantastic ISP and my internet goes down maybe once or twice a year tops. At the time, I was on several other online services that were not cut off. My internet did not go down; I was disconnected specifically from ArmageddonMUD and nowhere else. I was able to log back in immediately, which my client was set up to do, and I'm already in combat. Within the span of two or three seconds, we go from these two characters entering the room, to spotting me hidden, to disconnected, to combat.
Well, as luck would have it, I was playing an enforcer with high strength and a two-handed bludgeoner, so I basically knock out both of them with two consecutive headshots. Apprentice bludgeoning. Yay game balance. After that, I report back to the Guild leader about the succesful hit and I'm told to come back there. I do so, stealthed, and step into the Folley, only to be greeted by Mansa's blue-skinned "not really the Guild leader but has been around for five RL years doing nothing whatsoever so is granted a coded leadership position" character (not the one I reported back to), who promptly unarmed-attacks my character in the barroom, which causes the mul NPC to instantaneously assist them and one-round me.
It was the first and only assassination my PC had carried out, ordered by the Guild leader at the time. I think his name was Friendly.
I'm told that Mansa was subsequently congratulated by staff for taking care of "the situation."
This is what passes for plot on ArmageddonMUD. If you do anything that wasn't in staff's plans, or that stepped on the toes of their alts/friends, you will be griefed out of the game by the people who purport to be in charge of it. It's one gigantic pile of degenerate bullshit. Don't waste your time on it. I haven't played since.

grumble: Necker, however much I miss saying "Sup my necker?", was a bit much. I can do without it because I see the reason why it's a bad idea. I'm not sure too many were offended but one is enough.
