What are the numbers like nowadays? I have no intention of playing but I'm mildly curious if it's as dire as some people are saying. Also, how have the magick subgilds turned out? Just after the magic subguilds came out there were over 20 mages in game. 13+ of them were rukkian enhancement mages. I dont know what the numbers and distribution is now. Wilderness areas are dead, unless you take your own group. |

I also found the mention of your wife to be super weird. Especially as it positioned any inconvenience as "her husband's" fault. They could have simply said. If you are not X player and are being caught by this IP ban please appeal blah blah blah. Salty staffer is salty.
Agreed. What seems more contemptible, is that some Armageddon staff, Nergal apparently included, are more than willing to run their mouths and say things online to players that they would never say to someone's face. After a while you get a sense of who the internet tough guys are - people like Nergal who run their mouth from the safety of their computer, but would get sand kicked in their face at the beach, as they were pushed to the ground.
What a chode.

I don't think RRR can respond as he was banned from here? Not 100% on that but pretty sure if you go to the off-topic section stuff and the political thread there was a spat between Jcarter and RRR

RRR is one of the smartest players I know, and it shocked the shit out of me (and probably all the Arm staff at the time, too) when fucking Sargax started posting here. I mean, that was a really significant moment, not quite like if LoD started posting here, but close. I was reading through all of RRR's posts when I came to this one. I saw a shitload of posts in the political thread but didn't read any of them because they were kinda old. |

Not trying to defend Nergal, but he was probably trying to avoid something like that enormous shitshow that went down when Nyr made a booboo about another husband/wife combo and it turned into a Really Big Deal. |
