I've been a bit busy. Work and leisure commitments. They're wrapping up so I may be more active. $400 is enough to buy a weekend of beer, a new phone number, and enough research time to find another project to contribute to which isn't the dead game that is Armageddon. Really a no-brainer to me. You keep talking like this and my replies will all end with, "but seriously, no homo." Fucking hilarious, man. |

A little of "Things have pretty much been covered", and a lot of going back to school while still working and maintaining a personal life. I've contemplated playing on a number of occasions, but then I realize I just don't have the time and mental/emotional energy to devote to something that has a high probability of not ending well. I admit to feeling a little guilty that I haven't been contributing to AthasMUD. Honestly, I think when my plate is a little clearer odds are good that's where I'll focus creative effort, not Arm. I still (kind of) love Arm., but it's like that really dysfunctional relationship you went back to once too many times in your 20s - I couldn't justify it these days, now that I'm certainly older and theoretically wiser.  |
