I liked Koman Locke. Interesting character. Used to lead a lot of Byn sing alongs. Trained up everyone's throw and archery on the regular via teach. Separated the byn squads into "Scouts" and "Heavies", where the scouts would weaken our enemy up with arrows before the heavies led the first charge. Would take rangers out in the desert for archery, scan, sneak, hide practice too. All around good leader. Let everyone train their skeelz, and made the Byn more effective on the whole.

Haven't had much exposure to Ruke but, yeah, have also never seen an emote out of him. Armali's okay. I'm almost positive she's that player's first ever PC, so I can forgive a lot of her short comings.

New thread idea: Why the Armali obsession?

Why keep talking about living characters? It used to be an unspoken rule. Now it's getting silly even for the shadowboards. It's not cool at all.

Didn't realize that a minor anecdote from nearly two years ago would leave anyone perturbed... I just think it's neat how characters can totally nearly bite the dust but then go on to live for a long, long, long time.
I agree that anecdotes revealing secrets, anecdotes that are very contemporary/about current events... or really, spoilers about still living characters should definitely be avoided. if that story i told gave away too much, sorry, i just got excited seeing that char's name.
If I were the kuraci sergeant in question or, really, any living character... then I would be bummed to read negative stuff about myself on the shadowboards, especially since you can't really defend yourself while the character is still alive. I think it's a good idea to try to refrain from being critical of still-living players unless there are shady circumstances or maybe abuse or corruption involved.

It wasn't an unspoken rule. It was because Arm Staff were actively trying to find out who here was connected to what player accounts, and penalizing them for such talk. So people just didn't do it.

New thread idea: Why the Armali obsession? Maybe it's just rare to meet a female who is actually naturally feminine instead of a "strong womyn" these days. And she's not a complainer, a manipulator, or a helpless little flower either. She's pretty cool.

That's cool, I guess, but splattering plots and current character info would be one way to nullify the "impact" of these forums. You could still hatefuck each other in a circle jerk, I suppose.

She's pretty cool. Creepiest post 2016 I do creepy now and then. Doesn't matter, I'm not playing the game anyhow and have no other contact with her player.
