The heading does say that it has to be an image, though, so that should reasonably apply to everything under it. If not then it's clearly an error and they need to rewrite it.

Kronibas you are literally blowing my mind. Here are 2 potential situations...
1) You believe a MINOR is/has/will be mentally or emotionally harmed by sexual RP with an adult on ARM. You should contact the authorities if you believe a MINOR is endangered in such a way. We're talking about sexual abuse of a minor here.
2) You don't want to get anyone in trouble but want to leverage the very serious nature of underaged sexual abuse to make your point that the ARM staff shouldn't be micromanaging how players play because they should be protecting underaged kids (who don't tell anyone they're underage) from having sexual textbased relations with other players.
Which is it Kronibas? Do you sincerely believe minors are at risk or are you just trying to say the staff should be more worried about whether minors play than whether we spamcraft a bow 100 times in a day?

no his only argument is that arm creates a space for these things to happen and seems focused on heavyhanding pretty benign shit (krons merch story for example) instead of addressing the sex rp with minors situations their platform provides
so basically yes the whole y/n minor disclaimer thing before would be the fix to anyone being able to blame arm for this which i think is his only pt

I think the fact that it happens is fucked and that maybe more time should be spent preventing it instead of policing player emote and crafting frequencies.
Look, I am going to put a bookmark in this and ask people who know more than most of us about simulated sexual acts with minors.
If it turns out that it's totally cool and legal to simulate sexual acts with minors via text, then I was wrong.
But I don't think it is, in terms of ethics or in terms of the law.

Yeah, so, this would technically fall under "enticing a child to sexual acts," because even though no physical acts are occurring, it is still enticement -- and anonymity/ignorance doesn't really make a fuck when it comes to that.
