Post some silt skimmer logs, they are too expensive to jump blindly into.

I don't have any really good stuff logged. Here is a taste.
pilot east A diminutive, gauzy-sailed skimmer leaves east. Looking around, you see...
Deep Silt [N, E, S, W] The silt here is a slightly paler color, indicating deeper depth. Fine black ash and other particles are whipped around violently, making exposure to this area threatening. Pressing upward, thick drifts of silt mixed with the howling winds and swirling debris make visibility near impossible. If not for the occasional patches of light pushing their way through, this area would be pitch black.

Idk. The Sea is dangerous and overrated. Theres a whole lot of nothing, and an island which also contains nothing. Personally I don't know what the draw is. That being said, I do have one anecdotal story. (not a log)
When skimmers were first introduced as an automated commodeity, I created a dwarf ranger/caravan guide whose focus was to explore the Silt Sea. Now, the least expensive skimmer goes for like 2100, which isn't a hell of a lot, but after you buy all your starting gear and what-not, you still have about 2100 to make up for. I spent a few IRL days sid hacking / salt grebbing etc. I managed to save up about 1,200 in a short amount of time, but I'm an impatient twink so it wasn't enough...
Now, when these were implemented the announcement was something vaguely like "We added silt skimmers, and also some stuff that will make the silt sea worth while." So, no one at that time really knew what they had added, and I was determined to take full advantage of this before it became common knowledge. So, my dwarf went to the current Kadian family member (who was an atrocious cuntbag, played by the equally hateable Lizzie, if I remember correctly), and told her he knew a place in the silt sea where diamonds grew out in a deposit, much like obsidian or glass... I don't know if she bought it or took a gamble, but either way my stub got 1,000 sids toward a new skimmer and a bundle of food, water, etc.
Bought the cheapest skimmer available, which was essentially a little two man dingy, and went to stake my fortune on the Sea. As it turns out, both my pilot and desert nav were horrible, so I was essentially blown around in circles until I wound up ashore some way east of storm, being chased by a hammer-head dujat. I'd spent all my time getting sid, and not learning how to properly fight/defend myself, so for a complete lack of options I PICKED UP MY SKIMMER (they're that light) and began to run along the shore.... straight into a Southern Beetle. And thats where that story ends...

Forget about trying to type a long emote around you, she'll jump in with something else before you get a chance to respond, or she'd jump in to make it look like you're ignoring her or what have you and use her emotes to make it look like you're not emoting properly. Then, if that failed to fuck you over, she would do ooc's in the middle of everyone to make it look like you're a noob
