So i read somewhere ever class had hidden bonuses. For example warriors had +defense again humanoids and rangers had +defense again animals, assassin against sneaky stuff. It has felt in the past my rangers have had some defense bonus, maybe it was just due to fighting weak people but i had a ranger who just wearing simple armors still had stuff and really good Agi score had routinely bouncing off him.
Are class bonuses real? If so what are they? What about race bonuses? i notice shit bouncing off dwarves all the time And finally what about location bonus? South away gets swords, north gets axes, etc etc.

From what I understand, there are two hidden skills; offensive and defensive. From what I've been led to believe, warriors start with a boost in both of these skills, rangers start with a boost in defensive and assassins start with a boost in offensive.

Assassins also get penalties to their defense, as payment for the bonus to offense. That bonus is much greater then what Warriors get. I can only suspect that Rangers are the reverse of Assassins. A bonus to defense, a penalty to offense. Between these three guilds. Assassins, rangers, warrior. Assassin will max out their offense first, and rangers will max out their defense first. But by the time they'll do that, their other skill will be waaaay behind. Warriors will max out last, but they'll max out 'both' of these values at the same time.
It is potentially possible that a max def ranger will be totally immune to disarm/bash of a mid-level warrior, just due to their sheer defense. Which is actually very attractive. It is also potentially possible that an old, seasoned, maxed out assassin who is known for One Hit Kills and doing insane damage with weapons he doesnt even have skills for, to die to something relatively silly and mid level, due to his limits in defense. As far as I know, only assassins are capable of getting themselves crit hit by skeets, their starting defense is that abysmal. It's probably lower then a merchants at 0 hour.
Warriors ... well, warriors are known to hit hard, and tank stupid things like Bahamets with their shield use.

Off/def are broken into a number of categories based on what you're fighting - humanoid, general "animal," plant, etc. Rangers get a bonus to non-humanoid to start, and warriors get a bonus to humanoid.
Edit to add: Not sure about location but I know I start with different values to skills when I go to different locations. i.e. dual-wield is higher if you point rinth, slashing higher if you point Red Storm, etc.
As far as guilds, you get a small stat bonus on your roll depending on your guild. Rangers/Assassins/maybe others get +1 agi, warriors get +1 str, magickers get +1wis, psi gets +2wis and +1 end, etc.

Shield-use and Chopping weapons start 10 points higher in Luir's or Tuluk. Parry and Slashing weapons start 10 points higher in Allanak and Storm. (And the 'rinth?)

I never noticed a Southern parry boost. Pretty sure they get boosted dual wield though. Not sure about the rinth either, to be honest.

South is Dual-Wield/Slashing, North is Block/Chopping or whatever the shield skill is. Nobody gets a parry boost.
Source; I have played characters from both multiple times and I always let the starting boosts decide what equipment I use.

I must of misremembered parry as dual wield then.

South is Dual-Wield/Slashing, North is Block/Chopping or whatever the shield skill is. This is how I remember it. North = Luirs & Tuluk. South = Red Storm and Allanak. Not sure about the rinth. Geographically they're Southern, of course, but I don't remember positively whether they get the southern boosts or not.

It's likely that they do.
